This page describes how Earthlyn IQ handles data submitted through this website and the Earthlyn IQ product. It is a general, early-stage policy and is not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed privacy policy.
Earthlyn IQ stores the sustainability, compliance and organizational data your organization enters — carbon activities, energy, water and waste records, ESG metrics, compliance readiness data, uploaded documents, and account/profile information — in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Every table is scoped by Row Level Security to your organization: your data is never visible to another organization using Earthlyn IQ, and access within your organization is governed by each user's assigned role.
Uploaded documents are stored in a private storage bucket and are only reachable through short-lived signed URLs generated for an authorized, authenticated request — never a public URL.
When you submit the Request a Pilot or contact form, we store the information you provide (name, work email, company details and message) to respond to your inquiry. This information is not publicly readable, and is only accessible to the Earthlyn IQ team through secure, authenticated internal access — never through the public website.
We do not sell your data, and do not use website form submissions for advertising or share them with third parties except as needed to operate the service (for example, sending you a confirmation email).
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account or organizational data by contacting sales@earthlyniq.com.
